The City of Clemson is seeking a Special Municipal Prosecutor who will be responsible for prosecuting backlogged jury trials. This position will be appointed by the City Council and will work on a contract basis.
Qualifications:
- Juris doctorate degree
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
- Demonstrated experience with jury trials
- Ability to work with others to efficiently process the docket
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
